Skans collects as little personal data as possible. This page explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have under the GDPR.

What we collect

When you contact us through the site, we collect:

• your email address (required), and
• the message you send us.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers or audience analytics.

Why we use it

Your email and message are used solely to reply to your enquiry. We do not send marketing and we do not sell your data.

Where it is processed

Your data is sent through Scaleway Transactional Email and processed within the European Union. It is not transferred outside the EU.

Retention

We keep contact messages only as long as we need to handle your enquiry, then delete them — sooner if you ask us to.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@skans.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
